Founded in 2023 by Kasia and Robert Rutkowski, OpsVance was born from Kasia's vision of a technology consulting company that truly values the human element. After seeing businesses struggle with technology adoption during her career in real estate and facilities management, Kasia recognized the need for a different approach—one that prioritizes people over technology.

Robert is an innovative, collaborative, and quality-focused IT leader with a proven track record of ensuring the security, availability, and overall performance of critical systems, networks, applications, and infrastructure. With an MBA in Finance and Management from the University of Connecticut (GPA 3.8) and a BS in Information Management & Technology from Syracuse University (Cum Laude), he brings a solid foundation in both technology and business.
Prior to co-founding OpsVance, Robert served in senior roles at Anthem/WellPoint for over 12 years, where he led teams responsible for enrollment, billing, and claims applications supporting over 22 million members. His expertise in process improvement is demonstrated by his achievement in reducing deployment windows from 10 hours to 30 minutes through automation, saving 2400 manhours annually.
Robert is also the creator of OilTrakr, a home oil tank monitoring solution using LIDAR sensors and AWS-based application servers, showcasing his ability to innovate and implement practical technology solutions. His extensive certifications include PMP, CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, MCSE, ITIL Foundation, and Google Data Analytics and IT Support specializations. This broad expertise ensures OpsVance delivers secure, reliable, and innovative solutions to clients.

Kasia is the driving force behind the OpsVance concept, founded on the core principle that technology should serve people, not the other way around. With her Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, she recognized the need for a people-first approach to technology consulting.
Her extensive experience in real estate at William Raveis and background as a Facility Analyst at Xerox gave her unique insights into how businesses struggle with technology adoption. This inspired her to create OpsVance's distinctive "People 1st, Process 2nd, Tools 3rd" philosophy. Kasia leads the company's operations, client relations, and strategic planning, ensuring that every client engagement delivers meaningful, sustainable results.
